LOGO+
A daily, adaptive pathway for early speech development — for families with young children (roughly ages 2–6).
LOGO+ gives a child one personalized speech-development activity a day, reads how it went, and adapts the next one. It is a pathway, not a library of exercises to search: parents always know the next right step and can see progress between specialist visits. LOGO+ is built on a professional speech-language framework and is designed to support speech-language professionals, not replace them.
Stage
LOGO+ is early: no launched product, no revenue, no paying customers yet — this is customer discovery, not traction. The initial MVP is founder-funded; the founding team is currently based in Poland and is preparing an appropriate EU corporate structure. The AI-supported adaptation is a planned MVP capability, to be validated with clinicians and families. Geographic sequencing: Ukraine + Ukrainian-speaking families in Europe → Poland + selected CEE markets → broader EU after repeatability evidence → U.S. / English-speaking as a later horizon. Raising a EUR 600,000 pre-seed for a 12-month product and European market-validation plan; core team of 4 → 10 by Month 12.
The problem
About 1 in 10 children has difficulty with language development. Developmental language disorder affects 5.8 million children across Europe (European Commission CORDIS, EU-funded DLD-PI project, last updated 8 July 2024), with long-term effects on academic performance, well-being and employment. A 2024 German interdisciplinary clinical practice guideline estimates ≈9.9% of children present with difficulties in language development (Neumann et al., 2024). The gap is practical: families must support development every day, while professional support is episodic.
The adaptive loop
- Child profile / baseline
- Today's personalized activity
- Parent + child practice — child-led, light parent guidance
- Performance & progress signals
- AI-supported interpretation
- Next activity selected and adapted — the loop repeats
Business model (planning assumptions, to be validated in European pilots)
The planned initial model is a recurring family subscription (Essential €14/mo, Plus €23/mo) plus a professional-connected pathway (Connected €37/mo — professional goals, adaptive home practice, next-session insights; AI informs, the professional decides). Pricing is indicative; no published TAM. Local pricing, willingness to pay, retention and channel mix are assumptions to be validated in European pilots; U.S. economics are not assumed to transfer directly to Europe. Use of funds (EUR 600,000): Product + AI EUR 270K (45%), Leadership + Operations EUR 110K (18.3%), GTM + European Market Validation EUR 90K (15%), Privacy + Infrastructure EUR 70K (11.7%), Clinical + Content Validation EUR 60K (10%). No validated unit economics.
